It’s winter. A great time to do some clearing out and cleaning up. So you take a deep breath and start to haul out boxes and bins that have been tucked away for ages. You line them up, dust them off … and start to open ’em, one by one.

WOW! Things you haven’t seen for years … things you forgot you had, AND things that are a complete surprise. All in all—TREASURES!

That’s what has been going on in North Yarmouth Historical’s Archives for the past few weeks. Now that our collections are in a brand-new space, our treasures finally have breathing room. It’s been exciting for us to see things that have been hidden for way too long.

And we want you to see what we’re so excited about! Come to our Treasures program on Sunday, March 16 at 3 PM. After a half-hour Annual Meeting, we’ll bring out some great finds so you can take a close look and hear about their history.
